Our flat rates are the same regardless of when you book, but our operating hours are Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. We don’t offer after-hours or holiday appointments, and we don’t charge premium rates for Saturday or Sunday slots within those hours. The price on your estimate is the price you pay.
Your address, a rough sense of when your chimney was last swept (even “maybe 2019?” helps), and whether you’ve noticed any problems - odd smells, smoke in the room, water stains, or animals.
